1. How do I book Magic Mouse Vacation Rentals?
1. Use the calendar and quote tool to find open dates (located on home page).
2. Pay $50 deposit here (or use blue button on home page).

2. What is your cancellation policy?
100% refund for cancellations requested more than 60 days from arrival date.
50% refund for cancellations requested more than 30 days from arrival.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM ARRIVAL
3. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is any time after 4:00pm. Check-out is any time before 11:00am.
4. What disposable supplies do you stock at Magic Mouse Townhouse Vacation Rentals?
Bar soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, vacuum, broom, Clorox wipes, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt & pepper, spices, coffee.
5. Is parking available for your guests?
PARKING – No cars may park in the condo parking lot without the proper permits. We have one assigned parking space for our guests. A second parking pass may be purchased for a fee. The complex's Security Patrol does not hesitate to impound unauthorized vehicles or vehicles parked in the wrong spaces. Parking in Anaheim is not easy, there are not many options, so please plan accordingly.
6. Are your pools heated?
We are sorry, but the pools are not heated. The hot tub is very large and is heated year-round. Pools may close from time to time for maintenance and does not warrant reason for a refund.
7. What is your payment process?
PAYMENT- A $50 deposit confirms your reservation and is due immediately to reserve your dates. The rental payment + a fully refundable damage deposit is due 60 days prior to check in. The damage deposit is fully refunded back to you within 14 days, provided everything is left in good condition. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Our online payment process is easy and secure!

*We promptly refund your damage deposit. We won't charge you for broken dishes, clogged toilets, a stained sheet, broken lamp, etc. We understand accidents happen and we are very reasonable. But if you have a huge party and do major damage to our home, you will receive pictures and a detailed explanation of every charge.

9. Directions to the Parks:
FREE TRAM- Cross Walnut Street and take a short walk down Magic Way. Use overhead pedestrian bridge to cross left over Magic Way, arrive Mickey & Friends Tram (about a 6 minute walk from Magic Mouse Townhouse).
FREE MONORAIL- Follow Magic Way and take a RIGHT onto Downtown Drive. Stay to RIGHT of tree hedge to enter Downtown Disney. Follow Downtown Disney Promenade LEFT to monorail station on LEFT. Must have Disneyland tickets to board monorail as it drops passengers inside the park in Tomorrow Land. Monorail does not always operate at park opening and closing times (about a 12 min walk).
WALK- To walk to the parks, continue on sidewalk past monorail station and through vibrant Downtown Disney to the Parks' front gates. You enter both Disneyland and California Adventure from the central plaza (about a 20 min walk).

14. Do you have strollers for guest use?
Yes, we have 2 single strollers one with a storage basket underneath and the other is an umbrella stroller. At your request, we also can provide a double stroller.
15. What is the area around your rentals like?
Disney does an excellent job maintaining the areas that surround the park. You will find the sidewalks and streets are well-lit, safe, and well-kept. The condo complex itself has it's own security patrol, is well-lit, and gives off a tropical feel with it's outdoor courtyards and exotic plantings along the pathways. The complex is older and is slowly undergoing construction to replace all siding and roofing. The complex itself is mixed use with vacationers and full time residents.
15. What airports are used for travel to Disneyland?
-Los Angeles International (LAX) is the largest airport and services many international flights. It is a 45 minute drive from Magic Mouse Vacation Rentals.
-Long Beach Airport (LGB) is very easy. You only have to make 2 turns from the airport to Magic Mouse Vacation Rentals, and you are in our parking lot! You also avoid freeways. It is a 30 minute drive.
-Santa Ana/John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA) is a 20 minute drive and is the closest airport to Disneyland and Magic Mouse Vacation Rentals.
16. Shuttle Services
There are numerous shuttle services in Southern California catering to tourists. You can save money over renting a vehicle by scheduling a shuttle from airport to Magic Mouse Vacation Rentals and back. Or you can use a shuttle service to transport you to other attractions such as Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Rose Bowl, Dodger Stadium, and many more ~ right from Magic Mouse Vacation Rentals! We like SuperShuttle.com. Taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts from John Wayne Santa Ana Orange County Airport are less than $50.
17. Do you sell trip insurance?
No, we do not sell trip insurance, but many companies do! Trip insurance usually must be purchased within 24 hours of booking. Please be sure to purchase the right policy that would cover your reason for cancelling inside the 60/30 day window!

18. What are the best beaches?
Newport Beach - 22 minutes from Disneyland

From small quiet, sandy beaches to "The Wedge" (Jetty View Park) where the surfers
hang out, Newport Beach is 22 square miles of great beach. It offers two piers,
ferry trips, cruises around the harbor, boat rentals and trips to Catalina
Island. There are several public golf courses and the opportunity to "star spot"
as many celebrities have homes there. Newport Beach is about 7 miles SW of John
Wayne Airport. Near Newport Beach is Balboa Island, a man-made island that
was created just prior to World War I. It has its own unique identity and a
charm all its own. Corona del Mar in Newport Beach offers beautiful sandy
beaches and coves that look like they come right out of a movie set. You
actually may have seen these beaches in movie and television productions such as
Gilligan's Island and current "made for TV" productions from Disney.
For children we recommend: Corona Del Mar State Beach - a popular place for swimmers. The half-mile long sandy beach framed by cliffs and a rock jetty that forms the east entrance to Newport
Harbor. The beach is also popular with surfers and divers. The beach can be
reached via an access road near the intersection of Iris Street and Ocean
Boulevard in Corona del Mar. Entrance fee per vehicle. Hours: 8 am to 8 pm.
Facilities: Lifeguards, rest rooms, showers, picnic
tables, and fire pits.

For children we recommend: Mothers Beach at Marine Park on Appian Way at 2nd St. It is located in a
marina. The 4-acre Marine Park has volleyball courts, a play area and picnic
sites. Mother's Beach is popular for parents with small children because of the
calm waters and nearby lifeguard towers. A colorful playground and interactive
whale that shoots water from its spout are fun things for children at Mother's
Beach. Restrooms are near the playground and a grass lawn with large shade trees
is perfect for those who don't care for the sand. Cool breezes blow through the
area on warm days making this a desirable spot to be. There is a lot with coin
parking meters.
Huntington Beach - 30 minutes from Disneyland

Huntington Beach is great for families with older teenagers. The long pier is a great "hang
out" place, with shopping and plenty of activities, as well as some of the best
al fresco dining.

Seal Beach will make anyone's list of the best beaches around Anaheim. This is not just because of
the actual beach but also the great facilities and area around it. Seal Beach is
a family-friendly place with great shopping, excellent restaurants, and
activities such as fishing from the charming pier area.
19. How do I read the availability calendars?
"Reserved" and "Blocked" both indicate dates are reserved. A new reservation can begin the same day another reservation ends.
